Deposits

DEPOSITS:

  1.  Deposits are $750 and nonrefundable. *We do not sell to California/ Hawaiian Residents due to the laws in place. *

  2. This is a requirement to hold your spot on a waiting list or specific puppy, as no puppies will be held without one.

  3. Deposits may be transferable within a year of placement with specific conditions and proper communication. We may choose to hold a deposit longer if communication is there, however any deposit that is transferred at any point acts as a voucher towards the total cost of a puppy. To ensure seriousness for a puppy from the next litter chosen, an additional  $500 must be made which will bring your total to $1250 towards the total cost of the dog. What ever remains is due after the Exit Wellness exam is completed. Unless agreed upon via message or contract, The total cost of a dog may be adjusted depending on the pedigree for transferred deposits.

Expectations

EXPECTATIONS:

  1. WE DO NOT OFFER BREEDING RIGHTS OFTEN**.  All puppies leave on a spay and neuter contract unless specified otherwise via communication and a breeding contract.  All dogs are required to be spayed and neutered by 3 years of age. We do not promote/encourage premature spay and neuter but there are behavioral and health benefits to altering unbred dogs after 1-2 years and by 3 years. ​

  2.   We have an application screening process and contract which includes the spay/neuter requirement, 2 year health guarantee,*return to us if rehoming and puppy family care. 

  *We request that all dogs that are being rehomed are brought back to us in order to find a new home where we can keep up with the new family. When you return a dog back to us you are relinquishing ownership. We have the right to decide to keep you updated in the rehoming process, however we are usually happy to do so if asked. We do this to ensure the safety and responsibility of each dog/puppy we place and to find families that will pass our screening application/ sign our contract. No refunds will be given and once the dog is returned to us there are no take backs.

   3. To start the process of adopting a puppy, go to our Puppy Application page and fill out our application! Once that has been completed please be sure to send us an email or text notifying us it has been completed.

   4. Our Contract is left for review, however we require the screening application to be reviewed and approved before sending any contract to be signed. Please Start with the Application and contact us for review . We send the Contract to be signed Via email Once your Application has been approved. We do not Accept any deposits until these two steps are completed.

Payment

​​PAYMENT METHODS

  1.  We take Zelle as a primary source of payment. This allows us to keep extra fees off the total price of our puppies.

  2. We will Accept Venmo Friends and Family, however there is a $25 fee for using this payment Method.

  3. We will accept payments on Good Dog using our referral Code which should prevent adding the listing fee, however there may be additional fees on Good Dogs end as they have insurance and other Coverage Offers. 

​​PAYMENT PLAN​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

There are two options for payment plans:

OPTION 1: You may pay towards an upcoming litter due, or start a bi weekly payment plan on a puppy Younger than 5 weeks. I will give families up to 12 weeks old to fully pay off a puppy before listing them for placement, unless agreed upon otherwise. There is an additional fee for extended payment plans for holding a puppy past 9 weeks since most puppies leave at this age. The non refundable $750 must be paid to start the payment plan and hold your spot for a specific puppy. A contract will be signed outlining the details of the payment plan to be followed. Once the complete payment is made the breeder will schedule the Exit Wellness exam for the puppy within 72 hours of pick up. This payment plan option requires all payments be made through Zelle.

OPTION 2: You may look into the payment plan option Via Good Dog. This is an After Pay/Klarna type payment where you agree to pay a certain amount over a 12 month period. You must be approved Via their service.

DISCLOSURE: No puppies will leave before final payments are received. We do not allow puppies to go home with families before all payments are completed.

  1. PLEASE NOTE: There ARE additional fees using this service as they have extra support for puppy buyers and charge breeders a fee for the security and extra benefits they offer.

  2. If you message us and Fill out the Application through Good Dog you must pay through Good Dog as that is what their policy says and we abide by Good Dogs Rules!

  3. If coming through my website or social platforms/text/email these fees do not apply and the prices listed next litters on my website are the same, however through good dog my prices are a little higher due to fees.

  4. YOU MAY pay through Good Dog using my referral code which will bypass the extra breeder listing fees if this is your preference.​
